The Body of a Woman is a Natural Altar

The devotional bodywork spaces I offer are modern priestess temples. Sanctuaries of presence, attunement and welcome for the full spectrum feminine.

I refer to this work as devotional bodywork because it is rooted in devotion to time, to slowness, to beauty and to the body’s own rhythm.

For many women, this is an unfamiliar experience—
To be met with honour. To receive without expectation.
To be tended without needing to give anything back.

In this kind of space, the body remembers itself as sacred.
A deep homecoming unfolds.
These spaces are needed.

ALTAR is a one-to-one ceremonial apprenticeship in feminine devotional bodywork, held within ritual, beauty and priestess presence.

I share a structured three-hour ceremonial bodywork sequence that honours the feminine body and nervous system. The structure is clear and spacious, offering strong bones and ceremonial architecture while leaving room for your own rhythm, intuition and way of working to emerge.

This work is learned through felt experience, embodied repetition and deep listening. You are invited to cultivate your own unique style of sacred touch rather than replicate mine.

ALTAR is a self-initiation into how you listen, how you touch and how you hold. An initiation that lives in your body rather than on paper. There is no certification. Mastery in this work is earned through the bodies you go forth to lay your hands upon, through practice, humility and devotion to your craft.

This is an intimate ceremonial container - crafted entirely around you.

This is a highly personalised, hands on approach where you will:

• Receive devoted presence, direct guidance and honest feedback from me
• Engage in intensive hands-on practice, both giving and receiving
• Be supported to self-initiate into your own unique, embodied devotional touch

My full presence is devoted to you throughout the immersion.
I respond to your body, nervous system and learning style. You receive bespoke guidance shaped by your experience, questions and edges, rather than being asked to fit into a fixed curriculum.

This is a living apprenticeship shaped through relationship.

ALTAR is held as a fully immersive, residential apprenticeship.

For the duration of our time together, there is nowhere else to be and nothing else to hold. You stay in my home sanctuary, are nourished with organic, homemade meals and are guided through a slow, spacious rhythm that allows the work to land in your body rather than rush past.

By removing daily travel, distractions and external demands, ALTAR creates the conditions for real embodiment, deep transmission and integration.

Day One | EARTH

Feet | Legs | Nervous System
Grounding, safety and embodiment

The first day begins with your own receiving.

In the morning you receive a full three-hour ceremonial bodywork session from me. This allows the work to land in your own body before you are asked to hold or offer it to another.

This morning is about embodiment first. Feeling. Receiving. Integrating.

In the afternoon we work at the foundation of the body. Through the feet, legs and nervous system we establish safety, grounding and presence. Before you can hold another, you must first root into your own body and learn to listen from a place of steadiness.

Day Two: SPIRIT & HEART

Head | Jaw | Breasts
Attunement, softening and relational presence

The head, jaw and heart carry emotional and energetic imprints that influence the womb and pelvis. This day focuses on releasing tension, softening armour and restoring flow between upper and lower centres.

Through celestial head massage, external and intra-oral jaw work, breast massage and breath, we invite the nervous system to release control and soften into trust.

This day refines how you hold.
Presence. Pacing. Consent. Attunement.

You learn to listen with your hands.
To read subtle shifts in the body.
To tend your own nervous system while holding another.

Day Three: CHALICE

Womb | Sacrum | Abdomen
Integration, devotion and offering

The womb is the sacred chalice.
A cauldron of creation.

Through womb and abdominal massage, sacral work, pelvic rocking and wrapping, we restore flow, release holding and honour the womb as the holy of holies.

In the afternoon everything is woven together. You offer a full three hour ceremonial bodywork session to me, bringing all elements of the apprenticeship into a complete offering.

✦ Working with the abdomen and sacrum to restore flow and soften holding patterns

This investment includes:

ALTAR is held as a fully immersive experience. Everything around it taken care of.

Ceremonial Tools

To offer this work, two rebozos are required. Rebozos are ancient ceremonial allies, woven prayerfully by women in Mexico across generations. They are essential tools within the devotional bodywork sequence shared in ALTAR.

I can source authentic rebozos directly from Mexican weavers at £50 each.

A £555 non refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.

Payment plans are available for the remaining balance, with full payment completed prior to our work together.

FAQs

Where is ALTAR held?
ALTAR is held in my beautiful, modern home sanctuary in Newquay, Cornwall. I live beside the Gannel Estuary, which opens out to Crantock Beach. The land and water here are part of the medicine of this work.

How do I get there?
The nearest airport is Newquay Airport. The nearest train station is Newquay. There is on site parking available if you are travelling by car.

Is accommodation included?
Your investment includes four nights in my beautiful guest room with a private en suite bathroom (with bath). You will arrive the evening before our first day and depart the morning after our last day.

Are meals included?
You will be nourished with three organic, homemade, high vibrational meals per day.

Do I need prior bodywork or massage experience?
No formal massage qualification is required to undertake the ALTAR apprenticeship. This work is rooted in presence, devotion and embodied transmission rather than paper certification. Everything you experience in ALTAR will deepen and enhance any existing bodywork, healing or ceremonial practices you already offer.

Can I get insurance after completing ALTAR?
If you wish to obtain insurance to offer bodywork in a professional setting, most insurers require a Level 3 massage qualification. ALTAR does not replace this requirement. ALTAR is a self-initiation into sacred touch, presence and energetic transmission. Whether or not you pursue formal qualifications afterwards is entirely your choice.

Is this a certification or accredited training?
ALTAR is an apprenticeship and initiation. Mastery and authority in this work is earned through practice, integrity and devotion rather than certificates.

Is this work physically demanding?
This work is embodied and physical. You need to be comfortable squatting, kneeling and working close to the body for extended periods of time. It asks for strength, suppleness and good body awareness.

The apprenticeship is held slowly and with care. You will be guided to work with your body intelligently rather than push beyond your limits. If you have injuries or physical considerations, these can be discussed prior to booking so we can assess suitability together.

What should I bring?
Once your dates are confirmed, you will receive guidance on what to bring. Everything essential for the apprenticeship itself is provided (minus the 2 rebozos).

What support is offered after the apprenticeship?
Integration is woven throughout the immersion. You will be added to a WhatsApp group of ALTAR alumni. Further 1:1 mentorship sessions are available with me at additional investment.
