ALTAR :: apprenticeship is an immersion into the art of sacred touch, priestess presence & feminine bodywork. 

This is not merely a training & it is not a certification. It is an immersive ceremonial self-initiation into the energetic, emotional & spiritual transmission of devotional bodywork.

Through direct experience, intensive hands-on practice & embodiment, you will cultivate your own unique art of touch, space-holding & energetic transmission. You will be guided, attuned & self-initiated into holding safe, honouring & transformative spaces for women.

 This is not about mastering a method or a sequence—it is about becoming a vessel for healing, remembrance & restoration.

The devotional bodywork spaces I offer are modern priestess temples, sanctuaries of presence, attunement & welcoming of the full-spectrum feminine.

I refer to this service as devotional bodywork because they are wholeheartedly devoted to allow time & space for a woman’s body to trust, to feel safe, to soften and open and receive. For many women, this is an experience they have never known — to receive honouring without any expectation of reciprocating. These spaces aid a deep homecoming to their true essence & the sacredness of the body.

Tending to women’s bodies as holy ground

Each day will run from 9am til 5pm, possibly later

Day 1: EARTH

Feet | Nervous System | Grounding & Safety

On the morning of this first day, you will receive a full 3 hour bodywork session from me—allowing you to experience the depth of this work in your own body before learning to hold & offer to others.

The morning is about your embodiment first—feeling, receiving & integrating the work before stepping into the role of giving.

In the afternoon we begin at the foundation—the feet, legs & nervous system—establishing a deep sense of safety, grounding & presence. Before we can hold others, we must first root into our own bodies, learning to cultivate steadiness & deep listening. Through foot reflexology & energetic grounding, we activate the roots of the body.

.Focus:

☉ Foot Reflexology – Stimulating womb-related energy pathways through the feet & energy lines through the legs.

☉ Energetic Grounding – Using breath & pressure to invite the body into safety.

☉ Space Holding – The power of ritual. Opening, setting intention, energetic preparation & protection.

☉ Priestess Presence – Becoming the empty, yet overflowing vessel, learning to listen deeply.

Day 2: SPIRIT & HEART

Head | Jaw | Breasts

The head, jaw & heart hold deep energetic & emotional imprints that influence the womb & pelvis. This day focuses on releasing tension, clearing blocks & awakening flow between the upper & lower energy centres. Through celestial head massage, external & intra-oral jaw release & breathwork, we assist the softening of the mental, emotional & physical holding patterns that restrict deep surrender.

Holding women in safety, reverence & remembrance is a priestess art—not just what we do, but how we do it. The way we touch, the way we hold presence, the way we attune to another’s nervous system (& tend to our own) creates the conditions for resonance, trust & deep healing.

Focus:

☉ Celestial Head Massage – Activating the crown, clearing mental tension.

☉ External & Intra-Oral Jaw Release – Freeing the jaw. Opening the jaw-pelvic connection.

☉ Breast Massage – Guardians of the heart. Softening the armour, inviting the heart to blossom.

☉ Taoist Breathwork – Integrating breathwork to circulate energy.

☉ Energetic Attunement – Consent. Learning to read subtle shifts in the body & energy field.

Day 3: CHALICE

Womb | Sacrum | Abdomen

The womb is a sacred chalice—a cauldron of creation, wisdom & power. Through womb & digestive massage, sacral release, pelvic rocking & wrapping, we restore flow, release tension & honour the womb as a holy altar.

This is where we weave together all that has been received—not just in technique, but in presence, devotion & self-trust. As priestesses, we do not “fix”—we witness, invite & hold a rooted, loving container for the body to reveal its own healing intelligence.

In the afternoon you will offer a full bodywork session to me; all elements we’ve explored will be delivered in a full 3 hour ceremonial offering.

Focus:

☉ Womb & Digestive Massage – Clearing stagnation, awakening aliveness.

☉ Sacrum Massage – Releasing stored tension & opening kundalini pathways.

☉ Womb Blessing & Anointing – A ceremonial honouring. An ode to the Myrrhophores.

☉ Pelvic Rocking & Wrapping – Releasing & sealing.

☉ Umbilical Twists – Releasing tension, unravelling ancestral imprints & restoring womb flow.

☉ Sealing the Field – Closing the session with intention, integration & energetic protection.

For ALTAR, no formal massage qualification is required to undergo this apprenticeship. If you wish to obtain insurance to offer bodywork in a professional setting (studio/healthclub), you will need a Level 3 massage qualification for insurance purposes. This apprenticeship is a self- initiation into sacred touch, presence, and energetic transmission—whether or not you choose to seek certification afterward is entirely up to you. Everything you experience in the apprenticeship will deepen & enhance any existing bodywork practices you are already sharing.
