Cancellation and Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
This applies to:
• In person retreats, apprenticeships and bodywork
• Online programmes and mentorships
• Digital resources and downloads
No refunds or returns will be issued. Please ensure you feel fully aligned before committing.
In Person Retreats and Apprenticeships
All payments including deposits and payment plans are non-refundable. Once you reserve a place, the container and preparation begin for you specifically.
We do not offer refunds for illness, travel disruption, late arrival or early departure.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to privately transfer your place to another suitable participant with prior approval. Any financial arrangement remains between you and the replacement.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to support unforeseen circumstances.
Online Programmes and Mentorship
All online offerings are non-refundable.
If you join via a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments in full. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled.
If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely events Amy Rose cancels an offering, you will be offered either:
• A transfer to a future date
or
• A full refund of the amount paid
We cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or lost income, which is why travel insurance is recommended.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
