Cancellation and Refund Policy

By purchasing or enrolling in any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

All purchases are final.

This policy applies to:
• In person retreats, apprenticeships and bodywork
• Online programmes and mentorships
• Digital resources and downloads

No refunds, returns, transfers or credits are offered. Please ensure you feel fully aligned before committing.

In Person Retreats and Apprenticeships

All payments, including deposits and payment plans, are non refundable and non transferable.

Once your place is reserved, the container, preparation and scheduling begin specifically for you. For this reason, places cannot be transferred, deferred, reassigned or resold to another person under any circumstances.

We do not offer refunds for illness, personal circumstances, travel disruption, late arrival, early departure or change of mind.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, all payments remain due in full.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Date Changes Requested by You

Requests to change dates are not guaranteed and are considered only at our discretion.

• Requests must be made in writing
• Requests made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date may be considered
• Requests made within 30 days of the start date will not be accommodated

If a date change is approved:
• It is permitted on a one time basis only
• The rescheduled date must be attended within six months of the original start date

Failure to attend the rescheduled date will result in forfeiture of all payments.

Withdrawal After Commencement

If you choose to withdraw from an offering after it has begun, including but not limited to:
• Attending any portion of a retreat or apprenticeship
• Receiving any sessions, teachings or materials
• Beginning preparation, orientation or initiation processes

All payments remain due in full and no refunds will be issued.

This includes withdrawal due to emotional difficulty, personal circumstances, relational changes or a reassessment of readiness.

Discomfort, emotional activation or challenge arising during deep transformational work does not constitute grounds for refund, cancellation or financial release.

Online Programmes and Mentorship

All online offerings are non refundable and non transferable.

If you enrol via a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments in full. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be paused, cancelled, or converted.

Access to materials, recordings, or live sessions does not alter this policy.

Suitability and Right to Refuse

All offerings are held with discernment and care. We reserve the right to refuse participation or to discontinue an offering if it becomes clear that the work is not suitable or safe for a participant.

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that Amy Rose cancels an offering, you will be offered either:
• A transfer to a future date
or
• A full refund of the amount paid

We cannot reimburse travel costs, accommodation, or loss of income. Travel insurance is therefore strongly recommended.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellation, delay, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, offerings may be rescheduled or adapted. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Governing Law

This policy and any related agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
