A private half-day ceremony devoted to the most intimate temple of your body.
Inner Sanctum is a 1:1 ceremonial bodywork journey centred around internal yoni massage, held in the sanctuary of my home on the wild lands of Cornwall.

There does not need to be a wound to heal.
Desire is reason enough.
Yoni is a Sanskrit word often translated as sacred space, source or womb. It refers to the whole female genital region, not only the vagina.
Here, the yoni is approached as a living altar. A place of sensation, instinct, pleasure, creativity and deep bodily knowing.
For many women, this most intimate part of the body has rarely been given spacious, unhurried attention without an agenda. Touch may have been sexual, medical, functional or centred around somebody else.
Inner Sanctum offers another way of being met.
There is no expectation to open, release or experience pleasure. Nothing your body needs to give back.
We listen to what softens. What contracts. What feels alive. What wants more. What wants less. What says yes. What says no.

A WHOLE-BODY HONOURING
Internal yoni massage sits at the heart of Inner Sanctum, but we do not begin there.
We honour the whole body.
There is no rushing towards the most intimate parts of you. We create time for your body to settle, for trust to build and for us to listen together.
We slowly tend the interconnected landscapes of the feminine body, from the jaw and breasts to the diaphragm, belly, womb, sacrum and psoas, before gradually spiralling towards the pelvis and yoni.
By the time we arrive there, we have already spent time becoming familiar with the language of your body, her boundaries, responses and rhythm.
Every Inner Sanctum has an arc, but no two ceremonies are the same. I listen to your intentions, your body and what is present on the day.

THE CEREMONY BEGINS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Inner Sanctum is more than the five hours we spend together in person.
In the months/weeks before your ceremony, you’ll receive guided audio practices to begin turning your attention towards your body, pelvis and yoni.
An in-depth intake form and connection call allow us to explore your intentions, boundaries and anything you would like me to know before we meet.
Afterwards, you’ll receive a guided self-yoni massage practice and an integration call to support you in continuing the relationship through your own hands.
Inner Sanctum is not an isolated experience, but a doorway into a deeper relationship with yourself.

A private half-day 1:1 ceremonial immersion held in my home sanctuary in Newquay, Cornwall.
Your journey includes your preparation practices, in-depth intake, connection call, complete Inner Sanctum ceremony (5 hours), guided self-yoni massage practice and post-ceremony integration call.
A non-refundable deposit of £333 secures your date.

Optional overnight stay £111
Stay overnight in my private en-suite guest room overlooking the Gannel Estuary, with a nourishing organic evening meal prepared for you after ceremony.
Sink into a long salt bath. Wrap yourself in a cosy robe. Rest your bones beneath crisp Egyptian cotton sheets and allow the experience to settle into your body.
The evening is entirely your own.
FAQs
WHERE WILL INNER SANCTUM BE HELD?
Inner Sanctum is held privately in the sanctuary of my home on the wild lands of Cornwall, overlooking the Gannel Estuary in Newquay.
For women travelling from further afield, Newquay train station is the nearest station and Newquay Airport is the nearest airport.
IS THIS MASSAGE SEXUAL?
No. This is not an intentionally sexually stimulating massage. It is sacred, ceremonial bodywork rooted in reverence, clear boundaries and consent.
Pleasure or arousal may naturally arise and are welcome, but they are never pursued or directed. There is no goal or experience your body is expected to reach.
My intention is simply to guide you into deeper relationship with yourself.
WILL YOU TOUCH ME INTERNALLY?
Internal yoni massage and mapping sit at the heart of Inner Sanctum, but they are never compulsory.
Internal touch is offered only with your full consent and is approached with care, presence and clear communication.
You remain sovereign throughout. Every step unfolds through consent, listening and choice and you can pause, change your mind or stop at any time.
WHAT IF I FEEL NERVOUS OR UNSURE?
Fear, resistance, tears, uncertainty. All of you is welcome here.
There is no pressure to open beyond what feels right. We move slowly, with time to listen to what your body is communicating.
WHAT IF I DON'T FEEL ANYTHING?
Numbness and reduced sensation can be part of a woman's experience, particularly within the pelvic area. This is common but not normal.
There is no right way to feel and nothing you are required to experience. Sensation, emotion and awareness are given space to emerge in their own time.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT ANY PART OF THE CEREMONY?
Yes. Consent is alive throughout the entire ceremony.
At any moment you can shift your boundaries, change your mind, ask for something different or pause completely.
DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFOREHAND?
Once booked, you will receive a series of guided audio micropractices and suggestions to support your preparation.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?
You will receive a 15-minute integration call within a month of your ceremony and a guided self-yoni massage audio to continue the relationship with your body through your own hands.
You are also invited to stay overnight for rest, nourishment and deeper integration. Details can be found below.
CAN I RECEIVE THIS WORK IF I'VE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA?
Inner Sanctum will not be the right container for every woman with a trauma history.
Some women may need therapeutic support, stabilisation or a different kind of container before entering intimate bodywork of this depth.
A certain level of readiness, maturity and internal resourcing is important for this work.
For this reason, you will complete an in-depth screening form before our connection call. Together we can explore whether Inner Sanctum feels appropriate for you at this point in your journey.
WHAT ARE THE ENERGETIC BOUNDARIES OF THIS SPACE?
This journey is held within a sacred, clearly boundaried container.
I do not hold any agenda to activate your arousal. I create the conditions to invite you to meet your own body, sensation and pleasure.
Pleasure and arousal are welcome, but they are not the goal.
This is ceremony, rooted in reverence, consent and your full sovereignty.

For those feeling the soul pull to my offerings but are based afar, I have a beautiful guest room in my home. A luxurious, tranquil room with en-suite. A high-vibrational organic meal will be lovingly prepared for you after your ceremony. This is a beautiful way to honour the tender window that opens after ceremony and give you space for reflection and integration.
Sink into a Kingsize bed with crisp Egyptian cotton sheets with sumptuous pillows. Wrap yourself in a fluffy robe after a long salt bath as you relax in a salt lamp lit cocoon. The room has blackout blinds, organic toiletries, and a private bathroom with a bath. Immerse yourself in goddess wisdom books, oracle decks, herbal teas, and a flatscreen TV. A cosy sanctuary.
