Inner Sanctum is a 1:1 ceremonial bodywork journey centred around internal yoni massage, held in the sanctuary of my home in the ancient lands of Cornwall.

Perhaps you have never been given the opportunity to meet this sacred part of your body in this way.

To have hours devoted to her. To become curious about her sensation, her responses, her boundaries and desires. To receive intimate touch without it being medical, sexual or for somebody else.

You may have explored your sexuality, your spirituality and your body in many ways already. And still, your yoni remains a largely undiscovered landscape.

There may be tenderness here. Numbness. Shame. Curiosity. A longing for more sensation or pleasure.

Or nothing you can name at all.

You may simply want to know this part of yourself more deeply.

There does not need to be a wound to heal.

Desire is reason enough.

Yoni is a Sanskrit word often translated as sacred space, source or womb. It refers to the whole female genital region, not only the vagina.

Here, the yoni is approached as a living altar. A place of sensation, instinct, pleasure, creativity and deep bodily knowing.

For many women, this most intimate part of the body has rarely been given spacious, unhurried attention without an agenda. Touch may have been sexual, medical, functional or centred around somebody else.

Inner Sanctum offers another way of being met.

There is no expectation to open, release or experience pleasure. Nothing your body needs to give back.

We listen to what softens. What contracts. What feels alive. What wants more. What wants less. What says yes. What says no.

A WHOLE-BODY HONOURING

Internal yoni massage sits at the heart of Inner Sanctum, but we do not begin there.

We honour the whole body.

There is no rushing towards the most intimate parts of you. We create time for your body to settle, for trust to build and for us to listen together.

We slowly tend the interconnected landscapes of the feminine body. Jaw, breasts, belly, womb, sacrum and pelvis, gradually spiralling towards the yoni.

By the time we arrive there, we have already spent hours becoming familiar with the language of your body, her boundaries, responses and rhythm.

Every Inner Sanctum has an arc, but no two ceremonies are the same.

I listen to your intentions, your body and what is present on the day.

Inner Sanctum may include:

Your Inner Sanctum begins before you arrive in Cornwall and continues long after you leave.

In the weeks before your ceremony, you'll receive guided audio practices inviting you to begin turning your attention towards your body, pelvis and yoni.

An in-depth intake and connection call allow us to explore your intentions and anything you would like me to know before we meet.

Afterwards, you'll receive a guided self-yoni massage practice and an integration call, supporting you to continue this relationship through your own hands.

Inner Sanctum is not an isolated experience. It is a doorway into a deeper relationship with yourself.

FAQs

WHERE WILL INNER SANCTUM BE HELD?

Inner Sanctum is held privately in the sanctuary of my beautiful home in Cornwall, overlooking the Gannel Estuary in Newquay.

For women travelling from further afield, Newquay train station is the nearest station and Newquay Airport is the nearest airport.

IS THIS SEXUAL?

No. There is no expectation of arousal, orgasm or any particular response from your body. Pleasure may arise and is welcomed without becoming a goal.

WHAT DOES YONI MASSAGE INVOLVE?

Yoni massage involves slow, attentive touch on the vulva and within the vaginal canal, offered only with your ongoing consent.

Hours are given to settling, whole-body touch and building trust before internal work is even considered.

Internal touch is always an invitation, never a requirement. You can say yes, no, pause or change your mind at any moment.

WHAT IF I FEEL NERVOUS, UNSURE OR DON’T FEEL VERY MUCH?

Nervousness is welcome. So is uncertainty.

You do not need to arrive relaxed, open or knowing exactly what you want. Numbness or reduced sensation can also be part of a woman’s experience, particularly in an area of the body that may have received very little slow, attentive touch.

We meet your body exactly where she is.

CAN I RECEIVE INNER SANCTUM IF I HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA?

Many women arrive carrying experiences that have shaped their relationship with their bodies, sexuality or intimate touch.

This work is consent-led and moves slowly, with space for boundaries, choice and communication throughout. However, Inner Sanctum is not a substitute for specialist trauma support.

HOW DO I PREPARE AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARDS?

The ceremony begins before you arrive. You’ll receive guided preparation practices, an in-depth intake and a private connection call so we can explore your intentions, boundaries and anything you would like me to know.

After your ceremony, I recommend spaciousness and rest. You’ll also receive a guided self-yoni massage practice and an integration call to support the continuation of the work through your own hands.

For those feeling the soul pull to my offerings but are based afar, I have a beautiful guest room in my home. A luxurious, tranquil room with en-suite. A high-vibrational organic meal will be lovingly prepared for you after your ceremony. This is a beautiful way to honour the tender window that opens after ceremony and give you space for reflection and integration.

Sink into a Kingsize bed with crisp Egyptian cotton sheets with sumptuous pillows. Wrap yourself in a fluffy robe after a long salt bath as you relax in a salt lamp lit cocoon. The room has blackout blinds, organic toiletries, and a private bathroom with a bath. Immerse yourself in goddess wisdom books, oracle decks, herbal teas and a flatscreen TV. A cosy sanctuary.
