There are times in a woman’s life when she knows she cannot remain where she is.

Something has ended. A chapter has closed. The life you have built no longer fits the woman you are becoming. Or perhaps nothing has visibly changed…

Your life carries on much as it always has, but something in you has gone quiet. You long for your aliveness. You find yourself circling the same old wounds, longing for something to shift.

There are times when an old life must be laid down before the new one has revealed itself.

REbirth is a four-day ceremonial descent into this liminal space between who you were and who you are becoming.

This is a place to shed old skins, enter the mystery and be deeply held through the crossing.

There is something precious about being deeply taken care of.

For four days, I tend to your whole world.

Flowers and beautiful treats await you in your cosy room. I cook nourishing organic food, warm the oils, draw candlelit baths, light the fires and prepare the ceremonies.

When you emerge hungry, I feed you. When you need to disappear, your room is yours. When you need another human close, I am here.

There is nowhere you need to be, nothing you need to organise and no one you need to take care of.

For four days, you are the one who wholly receives.

Fed. Bathed. Touched. Warmed. Witnessed. Loved.

As a midwife, I know something of the territory between worlds. How to stay close. How to tend a woman through the unknown without needing to know where it will take her.

A Modern Day Mystery School

In the ancient Mystery Schools, the journey into altered and mystical states did not stand alone. There was preparation for the journey. Ritual around the crossing. The experience itself. And the return.

Plant medicine can open extraordinary doorways. But the medicine is not the whole initiation.

What happens around the medicine journey is important. How we prepare. How we enter. How we are held in such a vulnerable experience. And how we return.

A profound mystical experience can open us to places far beyond our ordinary ways of knowing. But I don’t believe we are meant to touch these places and then be hurried back into ordinary life.

This is why your Medicine journey is held at the heart of four days of ceremony.

You arrive the day before. There is time to land, to be fed, to receive bodywork, to sleep deeply and prepare for the journey ahead.

I remain beside you throughout your medicine journey. And when you return, you stay cocooned here. There is no journey home that evening. No demands. No need to understand what has happened or turn it immediately into meaning.

There is sleep. Warm food. A milk and honey bath. Ceremonial touch. Wild water. Sauna. Fire. The ancient Cornish land. Time for the medicine to continue its work and for you to listen.

Integration is not something that happens after the ceremony. It is woven through the whole of REbirth.

The body. The land. Rest. Beauty. Nourishment. Touch. Ritual. All of it becomes part of how the experience is received and integrated.

The medicine journey does not stand alone. It is held within a temple of ritual, embodiment, nourishment and care.

We are creatures of cycles. We shed. We die. We renew. And sometimes we cling to a life that has already ended because we cannot yet see the one waiting beyond it.

There are crossings that ask for an offering.

An identity. A relationship. A story. A role. A way of living. A skin that once belonged to us and no longer does.

What you shed becomes fertile soil for what comes next.

Life moves in cycles of death and renewal, unmaking and remaking us again and again.

You’ll stay in your own private en-suite room, a quiet space to retreat between ceremonies, sleep deeply and allow whatever is moving through you to settle.

My home sits beside the waters, held between estuary, ocean and ancient land. Here, the elements are never far away. Wild swims, sauna, walks and our cave fire weave the land itself into your REbirth.

Throughout your stay, you are nourished with beautiful organic home-cooked food, with space around the ceremonies to rest, wander, bathe or simply disappear into your room.

There is nowhere else you need to be. Nothing else you need to tend.

No two REbirth journeys are the same. I listen closely to what is moving through our time together and allow each retreat to find its own realm.

Kernow. Ancient land at the edge of the sea. Salt air. Tidal waters. Firelight. A sanctuary waiting for you.

You arrive and the outside world begins to fall away. Your room filled with flowers and beautiful treats. Organic food prepared. Warm oils, soft linens, candlelight. Nothing to organise. No one to take care of.

For four days, you are the one being tended.

The first day is an arrival into the body. Oil and long, oceanic strokes. Nourishment. A candlelit bath. An early night.

And then, the descent…

Morning opens into your Cosmic Medicine Ceremony. A journey into the fertile dark of what is asking to be met.

I remain beside you throughout. When you return, you are fed, bathed and given all the time you need to rest and let the medicine move through you.

The following day, we return to the body and the elements.

Cold ocean against skin. The heat of the sauna. Water, salt and fire. Hours of ceremonial touch. Whole body swaddling. Space for whatever has moved through you to continue unfolding.

And on our final morning, we enter the cave.

An earth womb. Fire burning to witness our final prayers. Cacao. The ancient land beneath us. Here we close our portal as you cross the threshold back into your life.

This is REbirth. A ceremonial death and rebirth in which you are deeply loved, nourished, witnessed and taken care of.
